Senior SharePoint Developer

KalSoft is looking for a highly experienced Senior SharePoint Developer with strong expertise across SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online, and a solid understanding of the broader Microsoft 365 and .NET ecosystem. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering enterprise-grade collaboration solutions while engaging directly with business stakeholders and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support SharePoint On-Premises (2016/2019) and SharePoint Online solutions.

• Build and enhance intranet portals, document management systems, and collaboration platforms.

• Develop custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, HTML, and CSS.

• Develop and customize forms using PowerApps and workflows using Power Automate.

• Support hybrid environments and contribute to migration and modernization initiatives.

• Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services, including Power BI where applicable.

• Define and manage data structures, security models, permissions, and governance.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

• Drive user adoption by delivering intuitive, well-documented, and professionally executed solutions.

• Participate in presales activities, including solution design, technical inputs, and proposal development.

• Engage confidently with external clients, ensuring high-quality delivery and communication standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a SharePoint Developer.

• Proven experience with both SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online.

• Strong experience across the .NET development landscape.

• Extensive experience with SharePoint forms and PowerApps (highly advantageous).

• Experience with Power BI is an added advantage.

• Strong understanding of data architecture, data governance, and security modelling.

• Demonstrated experience dealing with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• Professional certifications (Microsoft / SharePoint / Power Platform) are a strong plus.
