KalSoft is seeking a motivated and dedicated Finance Intern to join our team. As a Finance Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of financial management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the budgeting and financial planning processes..
• Participate in the preparation of financial presentations and reports for management.
• Assist in monitoring financial transactions and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
• Provide support in reconciling financial discrepancies and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in the ICMA (International Cost and Management Accountants) program is a plus point.
• Pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software/tools.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
• Knowledge of financial principles and concepts.
• Familiarity with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
