Job Summary:
We are looking for a Data Privacy Specialist to support the implementation and monitoring of the organization's privacy program, with strong knowledge of Saudi PDPL.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor privacy and PDPL requirements.
Develop and maintain ROPA (Records of Processing Activities).
Conduct DPIAs (Data Protection Impact Assessments).
Manage Data Subject Rights (DSR) requests.
Support personal data breach assessments and investigations.
Conduct privacy assessments of third-party vendors.
Support cross-border data transfer assessments.
Maintain privacy risk registers and compliance evidence.
Support Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 compliance activities.
Prepare privacy reports, KPIs and awareness/training material.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in Data Privacy/Data Protection.
Strong knowledge of Saudi PDPL.
Practical experience with ROPA, DPIA and DSR.
Experience in vendor privacy assessments and privacy compliance reviews.
Experience with Microsoft Purview is required.
Fluent English and Arabic.
CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, CDPSE or equivalent certification is preferred.
