KalSoft is seeking a skilled ERP Developer with 5+ years of experience and expertise in HR and payroll modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in system configuration, payroll setup, ERP customization, and a strong understanding of HR business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Foundational Knowledge
- Strong understanding of core HR business processes, including Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management.
- Knowledge of organizational work structures such as Jobs, Positions, Grades, and Hierarchies.
Technical & System Configuration
- Configure and manage payroll elements, costing, retro pay, and balances.
- Develop, write, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas.
- Perform system customization, including defining new SSHR functions, costing levels, and organizational hierarchies.
Performance & Learning Management
- Configure Performance Management Plans (PMPs), templates, eligibility profiles, objectives, appraisals, competencies, and rating scales.
- Manage Learning Management (OLM) components including courses, offerings, classes, and bulk enrollments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience working as an ERP Developer, preferably with HR and payroll modules.
- Hands-on experience with payroll configuration and Fast Formulas.
- Strong knowledge of HR organizational structures and ERP system customization.
- Experience with Performance Management and Oracle Learning Management (OLM) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
