KalSoft is seeking a skilled ERP Developer with 5+ years of experience and expertise in HR and payroll modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in system configuration, payroll setup, ERP customization, and a strong understanding of HR business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Foundational Knowledge

Strong understanding of core HR business processes, including Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management.
Knowledge of organizational work structures such as Jobs, Positions, Grades, and Hierarchies.

Technical & System Configuration

Configure and manage payroll elements, costing, retro pay, and balances.
Develop, write, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas.
Perform system customization, including defining new SSHR functions, costing levels, and organizational hierarchies.

Performance & Learning Management

Configure Performance Management Plans (PMPs), templates, eligibility profiles, objectives, appraisals, competencies, and rating scales.
Manage Learning Management (OLM) components including courses, offerings, classes, and bulk enrollments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience working as an ERP Developer, preferably with HR and payroll modules.
Hands-on experience with payroll configuration and Fast Formulas.
Strong knowledge of HR organizational structures and ERP system customization.
Experience with Performance Management and Oracle Learning Management (OLM) is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
