Security & Intune Specialist

Skills & Experience Required

• Hands-on experience with:
  • Intune security baselines
  • Device compliance and configuration policies
  • Conditional Access integration
  • App protection and app permission policies
• Strong expertise in:
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Conditional Access
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Zero Trust security model
  • Microsoft Defender for Office 365
• Experience implementing security best practices, pilot deployments, UAT, phased rollouts, and knowledge transfer
• Experience with:
  • SIEM integration
  • Security auditing and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001 / NIST)
• Excellent communication Skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage Intune security baselines to ensure device and application security.
• Configure and enforce device compliance and configuration policies across the organization.
• Implement and maintain Conditional Access integration to control secure access to company resources.
• Design and manage app protection and app permission policies for corporate and BYOD devices.
• Implement and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies.
• Apply Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies and monitor compliance with organizational security standards.
• Implement the Zero Trust security model across users, devices, and applications.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft Defender for Office 365 to protect against threats and security breaches.
• Lead security best practices, including pilot deployments, user acceptance testing (UAT), phased rollouts, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Integrate SIEM solutions for monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
• Conduct security auditing and compliance assessments following frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on security policies, risk mitigation, and compliance requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 security features and industry best practices.
