Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and explore new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, emails, and social media platforms
  • Assist in lead generation and business development activities
  • Communicate with prospective clients and provide relevant company and service information
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and follow up on business inquiries
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and client coordination
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and client support

Requirements

  • Graduate or last-semester student (Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of IT services and solutions will be considered an advantage
  • Good English language proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and professional communication tools
