About the Role

KalSoft is looking for an Oracle APEX Programmer responsible for core APEX development, system integration, troubleshooting, and defect remediation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Oracle APEX applications.
Perform system integration and support REST service integrations.
Troubleshoot application and technical issues.
Analyze and resolve application defects and performance issues.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Oracle development, including 4+ years of hands-on Oracle APEX experience.
Recent project experience using Oracle APEX 22.x or later.
Advanced PL/SQL skills, including packages, triggers, dynamic SQL, exception handling, and performance tuning.
Strong knowledge of: Interactive Grids and Reports, Dynamic Actions, Universal Theme, JavaScript, CSS, and REST service consumption.
Experience delivering at least 2 production Oracle APEX applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with bilingual/RTL Oracle APEX applications.
Experience with APEX workflow and approvals.
Oracle certification.
