KalSoft is currently looking for a Cyber Security Architect / Security Solutions Architect (CSA) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise security architecture, with a focus on designing and implementing secure, scalable, and compliant security solutions across cloud and on-premise environments. This role requires expertise in security governance, risk management, and identity & access management within enterprise or regulated environments such as banking or financial services.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement enterprise security architecture and governance frameworks
Define and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices across IT systems
Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and privileged access controls
Conduct vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and remediation planning
Support cloud and infrastructure security design across Azure and hybrid environments
Ensure compliance with security regulations, audits, and industry standards
Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and DevOps teams to integrate security into solutions
Provide security guidance during solution design, implementation, and deployment
Monitor emerging threats and recommend proactive security improvements
Support incident response and security investigation activities when required

Skills & Experience Required:

Strong experience in enterprise security architecture and governance
Hands-on expertise in IAM, vulnerability management, and risk assessment
Experience with cloud security (Azure/AWS) and hybrid infrastructure environments
Strong understanding of security compliance frameworks and policy implementation
Banking or regulated industry experience preferred
Knowledge of security tools, monitoring, and incident response practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, etc.) will be an advantage
Minimum 5+ years of relevant cybersecurity/security architecture experience
