Oracle EBS Supply Chain Functional Consultant

KalSoft is currently looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Supply Chain Functional Consultant with strong expertise in procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes. The candidate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules while bridging the gap between business and technical teams in a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze Procurement, Inventory, and Supply Chain requirements.
  • Configure, support, and enhance Oracle EBS modules including PO, INV, iProcurement, OM, Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Receiving.
  • Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend process improvements.
  • Prepare BRDs, FDDs, and solution documentation.
  • Support inventory reconciliation, audits, and banking governance requirements.
  • Work with technical teams on customizations, integrations, interfaces, reports, and workflows.
  • Support Oracle EBS integration with external procurement, vendor, and banking systems.
  • Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
  • Participate in SIT, UAT, upgrades, patching, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Provide user training and functional support.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of Oracle EBS Supply Chain experience.
  • Strong experience in Purchasing, Inventory, Procurement, and Supply Chain processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.
  • Strong SQL/PL-SQL skills.
  • Experience with XML Publisher, Oracle Workflow, Forms, and Reports.
  • Experience in SIT/UAT, integrations, customizations, and production support.
  • Banking/financial services experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
