SharePoint & Power Platform Developer

KalSoft is looking for SharePoint & Power Platform developer. The ideal candidate will have experience working on SharePoint and Power Platform applications. The candidate will work as part of a development team designing Power Platform and SharePoint focused solutions. 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design, development, deployment, and support of business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint 
• Analyse, design, develop, test, and implement enterprise-scale applications and solutions utilising Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate and SharePoint in accordance with processes, standards and best practices. 
• Design and build custom SharePoint Online sites and solutions.
• Design and build no-code/low-code solutions on the Power Platform to support automation, integrations, and data flows. 
• Drive Power Platform implementations through all project phases including discover, definition, build, test, and deploy. 
• Develop and maintain project documentation such as business requirement documents, process flows, presentations, etc. 
• Design and develop Power BI Business Intelligence reports and dashboards. 
• Liaising with other IT support teams, business areas and third parties in the investigation, resolution and escalation of problems and incidents, ensuring that SLA targets for application availability are maintained.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven development experience within SharePoint and Power Platform
• Strong experience with Power Platform development - Power Apps (Canvas/model driven), Power BI, Power Automate and Power Query
• Experience with SharePoint, SharePoint Online (SPFx), SQL Server, C#, .NET, Web Services, Web Forms, JavaScript, Web API's
• System design including workflow, review and approval, and notification functionalities.
• Design and implementation of responsive user-friendly SharePoint and PowerApps applications 
• Advanced user interface development that takes Power Apps and SharePoint sites beyond the standard out-of-the-box look and feel.
• Using SPFx (SharePoint Framework) with React for SharePoint Apps 
• Using PCF (Power Component Framework) for Model Driven and Canvas Power Apps
• Custom connectors for use with Power Automate and Power Apps
• Custom virtual tables for use with Dataverse
• Custom plugins and client scripting for use with Dataverse and Model driven apps
• Reusable web parts using SPFx with React       
• Webparts that connect with external APIs.
• Complex SharePoint Apps
• Single page (part) apps
• Extend integration and automation capabilities through development of PowerShell scripts.
• Open-source libraries and React components for use with the SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
• Simple canvas power app connecting to a SharePoint list.
• Simple model driven app connecting to Dataverse.
• Complex model driven apps including embedded canvas apps, pages, custom power components, client scripting, custom plugins, and virtual tables connecting to external APIs.
• Complex power automation flows that may include custom connectors and external APIs.
• Excellent communication skills
