KalSoft is looking for a highly skilled Infrastructure Consultant to design, implement, and manage secure, scalable hybrid IT environments. The role requires strong expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies, enterprise infrastructure, network security, and disaster recovery planning. The selected candidate will work closely with regional and global teams to ensure high availability, security compliance, and infrastructure optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Enterprise Virtualisation Platforms

Design and manage hybrid infrastructure environments integrating Azure and On-Premises systems.
Implement and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies to ensure business continuity and high availability.
Conduct security and infrastructure training covering:
- Network and Cloud Security
- Incident Response
- Secure System Architecture
Lead enterprise network architecture including WAN, LAN, VLAN design and implementation.
Deploy and manage security and connectivity solutions using:
- Cisco Meraki
- FortiGate
- Sophos
- HP Aruba
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Develop and implement IT solutions covering:
- Network & Security Architecture
- Active Directory & File Servers
- PMS, POS, and Access Control Systems
Establish and enforce IT security policies including PCI Compliance and regulatory standards.
Provide technical leadership across virtualization, storage, firewall, and server infrastructure.
Conduct infrastructure reviews and recommend improvements for performance, security, and cost optimization.
Collaborate with compliance and audit teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
Mentor technical teams and support vendor and ISP coordination.
