KalSoft is looking for a highly skilled Sr. System Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize secure and scalable IT infrastructure environments. The role requires strong expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies, enterprise systems administration, network management, and security best practices. The selected candidate will work closely with regional and global teams to ensure system stability, high availability, security compliance, and efficient infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly infrastructure health checks across Active Directory, Exchange, and SCCM environments.
Monitor and maintain Exchange DAG health, database replication, and mail flow.
Ensure Active Directory replication, DNS services, and domain controller health are functioning properly.
Monitor and maintain Windows Failover Cluster health and availability.
Monitor SCCM infrastructure, including:
- Primary server health
- Distribution Point status
- SCCM SQL Server performance
Identify potential infrastructure issues proactively and take corrective actions before service impact occurs.
Perform troubleshooting and resolution for infrastructure-related incidents.
Assist the client IT team in resolving server, messaging, or system-related escalations.
Perform patch management coordination, updates, and maintenance activities for supported systems.
Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and health reports.
Ensure backup, recovery readiness, and DR readiness for supported systems.
Provide technical recommendations for infrastructure improvements and optimization.
Work with client IT teams during incident response, maintenance windows, and upgrades.

Experience Requirements

5+ years experience managing Microsoft enterprise infrastructure.
Strong hands-on experience with Exchange Server DAG environments.
Experience managing multi-site Active Directory environments.
Experience supporting SCCM infrastructure.
Experience with Windows Failover Clustering.
Experience working in production enterprise environments with high availability requirements.
