KalSoft is looking for a JSM Technical Specialist with strong expertise in Jira Service Management (JSM), Jira Software, and Atlassian Administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, administering, and optimizing the Atlassian platform, supporting ITSM processes, and delivering scalable Jira solutions through automation and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and configure Jira Service Management (JSM), Jira Software, and Confluence.
Configure workflows, SLAs, queues, request types, permissions, and Jira Automation.
Manage Jira Assets (Insight CMDB) and maintain asset/configuration data.
Develop JQL queries, dashboards, filters, and reports.
Integrate Jira with enterprise applications using Jira REST APIs.
Configure LDAP/Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and SSO (SAML/OAuth).
Support ITIL v4 processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
Troubleshoot platform issues, perform upgrades, and maintain technical documentation.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement enhancements and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience with Jira Service Management (JSM) and Atlassian Administration.
Hands-on experience with Jira Assets (Insight CMDB), Automation, Workflows, SLAs, and Queues.
Strong knowledge of Confluence, JQL, and Jira REST APIs.
Experience with LDAP/Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and SSO (SAML/OAuth).
Good understanding of ITIL v4 and ITSM best practices.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) or Atlassian Administration certification.
ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
Experience in enterprise ITSM implementations and Agile environments.
