Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / RPA Solution Architect to lead RPA projects from planning and architecture through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with UiPath, RPA solution design, project management, governance, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead RPA programs and ensure effective program governance and delivery.
Manage communication and relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
Design and review scalable RPA/UiPath solution architectures.
Define and implement appropriate project delivery methodologies.
Review technical solutions and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
Manage change requests and assess their impact on project scope, timelines, and resources.
Provide technical guidance to RPA development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
Coordinate with business analysts, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure project documentation, architecture standards, and governance processes are maintained.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of relevant RPA/UiPath experience.
Strong hands-on experience in RPA solution architecture and design.
Proven experience in project/program management and delivery.
Strong understanding of UiPath architecture, automation frameworks, and best practices.
Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination.
Strong knowledge of risk, issue, and change management.
Experience with RPA project governance and delivery methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
PMP certification is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in an onsite/hybrid environment.
