Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant
KalSoft is looking for a motivated and experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join our growing Microsoft practice. This role is ideal for a consultant who enjoys working directly with customers to deliver high-impact ERP solutions across multiple industries.
Responsibilities
Lead functional analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design for Business Central implementations.
Conduct system configuration, testing (UAT), and go-live support.
Deliver end-user training and functional documentation.
Work closely with technical consultants to support integrations and customizations.
Manage data migration, reporting setups, and solution validations.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvement consulting.
Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in a functional consulting role.
Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, and Basic Manufacturing modules.
Proven experience in customer-facing consulting engagements.
Ability to map business processes to ERP solutions.
Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Microsoft certifications (BC/NAV) will be a strong plus.
Nice to Have
Experience working in the Middle East or North American markets.
Exposure to Power Platform, integrated applications, or cloud deployment models.
Basic awareness of Business Central extensions and AL development concepts.
